"I know! Nobody loves me today, he jokes, I didn't get any new messages or comments!"

Do all our lives center around online social networking rather than the good old fashioned face to face contact, or is that not 'La Mode' these days? Are we all just too busy with our own lives to find time to maintain the relationships that are important to the healthy sustainability of our lives?

Whatever happened to hand written letters sent off with a kiss? Ahh, the joy of receiving unexpected letters in the mail. All that time spent clicking the refresh button, we could have already met a friend for coffee or had a nice leasurely walk.
Over the past few years, I have made it a goal of mine to mail letters to friends and family from afar. A letter in the mail carries more depth and appreciation than a text message or email ever will. I encourage you all to take a moment out of your life and write a letter to a friend, even a friend you see everyday. Let's work on strengthening our relationships and living life for each minute that we can turn into beautiful moments....
---> All that time spent hitting the refresh button, maybe it's time we all hit the restart button, on life.
